PADI Rescue Diver
Learn to prevent and manage problems in the water, and become more confident in your skills as a diver.
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills.
It's challenging, yet very rewarding.
1. Min.12 years old
2. Adventure Diver certified with Underwater Navigation Dive completed or equivalent.
3. Emergency First Responder trained within 24 months or equivalent. (EFR can be conjuncted)
Course duration: 5~6 days, including 2 days for classroom section with final exam, 1~2 days for rescue skill exercises in confined water/pool and 2 days for open water dives.
Open Water training location: Longdong Bay, Northeast Coast
Course Fee: English/Bilingual NT$15,000-
Bonus for conjunction with
Rescue Diver + EFR (regular NT$5,000) = NT$19,000-
Rescue Diver + EFT + Emergency Oxygen Provider (regular NT$5,000) = NT$23,000-
Course fee includes PADI's student diver materials, partially gear rental as BCD, regulator set, cylinders, weights and belt, instruction fees, local travel insurance (required), but does not include local transportation, meals, accommodation, gear rental as mask/snorkel/boots/fins/wetsuit and other personal expenses. If participants require to be specified in other locations for the open water training, the extra cost occurred will be charged. Course schedule can be arranged advanced in coordination with our assigned instructors. PADI Open Water Diver can only enroll with Rescue Diver Course's knowledge development and rescue skill exercises in confined water/pool for further credit.
